How long would it take to get muscles like this?

dude i work out every day and eat nothing but healthy food and it took me about 3 years to develop my body to look the way it does. and i look better then that guy. so this is what you need to do. lots of running, swimming, eating right, lifting weights, and hard work and dedication. no fried foods EVER! no soda or juice. only water, no matter what, only water. high protein, and enough carbs to give you the energy to work out, and low calories. broiled chicken and fish, lots of fruits and veggies. idk how old you are, or how much you work out, so idk what youre use to doing. so what you want to do is start out slow, working out every other day, and then increasing when you get use to it little by little. i started out at 16 running a mile a day, eating healthy, lifting about 25 lb dumb bells doing bicep curls. and i did that for like a year and just increased little by little. now im 21, i run 5 miles 3-5 times a week. only eat healthy food. lift weights daily. about 50 lb dumb bells. swim about 2 hours 3-5 times a week. and make sure you eat 3 healthy meals a day, with 2 healthy snacks to keep your metabolism working. the main thing is to stay dedicated, work hard. but give yourself at least 2 days off from working out. so that you dont exhaust yourself. for your biceps, do bicep curls. high weight, low reps to build muscle. once the muscle is there, low weight high rep to tone the muscle. for your abs, eat right is key, and do lots of abdominal exercises. lots of crunches, lots of running. drink water to stay hydrated and good luck
